Raksha Reiki exists to provide holistic energy healing services aimed at promoting relaxation, stress relief, and overall balance. Sessions centered on creating a sense of safety are designed to enhance physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.
The Process
Energy Healing Explained
Reiki taps into universal life force energy to harmonize the body's energy centers, promoting overall well-being and aiding in the release of trauma over the course of several sessions. Intuition is used to direct this natural healing energy to places--energetic or physical--that may need special care.
Practitioner
My name is Emily Beissner
My Reiki journey began in 2019 when I received my very first Reiki session. After the session, I noticed greater intuition, groundedness, and a call to learn more about energy work and service to others. Receiving Reiki and undergoing training such as Reiki Master Teacher Training, Feileacan Trauma Release Technique, and Psychopomp's Journey Training have helped me to manage my own mental, physical, and energetic health. They have also empowered me to utilize many energetic practices as needed for clients' growth.
I was born and raised in South India, moving to Texas at the age of about 7. With my childhood split between 2 separate traditions, I learned very early on that every tradition has something beautiful to offer, and contributes to our identities in unique, necessary ways. This has led me to uphold an energetic practice that prioritizes justice and diversity, as well as clients' individual backgrounds. Aside from Reiki, I am also a mental health counselor at a separate group practice. My training and experience with trauma-informed counseling has given me the perspective that many modalities--medical healing, mental health counseling, energy healing--must be used in tandem to support a person's highest good. In my off-hours, I love playing with my 2 dogs and cat, practicing hot yoga, watching Star Trek, and cooking for my partner.

Reiki/Energy Healing
Reiki energy is used to soothe and balance your energy. Treatments are clothes-on and may include gentle touch on shoulders, head, or ankles with your consent. For in-person sessions, you may select a crystal or stone to "charge" with Reiki during your session to continue the healing after you leave.
1 hour-$100/$90 distance
30 minutes-$60/$50 distance
90 minutes-$140
Feileacan Trauma Release Technique
If you have experienced trauma, you likely have certain things that still affect you. This technique may assist you in re-integrating parts of yourself you feel have been lost. Please note you must have had at least one Reiki session with me to undergo this technique.
All sessions are 90 minutes--$140
